Advance Practice Clinician (PA or NP)
CHI St. Gabriel's Health is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our busy Family Practice Department in Little Falls, Minnesota. We are a team of 110 doctors, nurses and health professionals who emphasize wellness and lifestyle changes that result in long-term improvement to our patients health.


Opportunity Details:

+ Build a collaborative practice, partnering with physicians as a member of the care team

+ Provide acute care, chronic disease management and routine care

+ No call

+ Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm, Family Medicine provider appointments available 8 am - 4:30 pm

+ Saturday morning clinic rotation

+ Chance to work with a very committed team focusing on use and misuse of opioids using Suboxone treatment.
