Salary: Up to $18.00 Hourly
2 Month Contract
A thriving Financial Services company in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Client Support Associate to assist them on a temporary basis.
Job Responsibilities:


+ Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients


+ Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs


+ Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish


+ Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers


+ Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer


+ Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule


+ Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls


+ Participate in special projects and team activities including training and support of internal and external contacts


Qualifications and Experience:


+ High School Diploma (You can really catch our eye with aBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business


+ 2+ years of experience working in client-service or call center


+ Strong technical aptitude; 1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting



Preferred Qualifications:



+ 1+ years of work experience in the financial services industry


+ 2+ years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills


+ Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management highly desirable


+ Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
