Operations Production Coordinator

**The Role:**

The Operations Production Coordinator will ensure that the day-to-day check processing review is completed accurately, and will meet or exceed the established service level agreements. This role is critical in supporting the daily processing of deposits by customers for Capital One Bank. The primary functions of this role include: verification of negotiability, account validation, customer notices, and meeting regulatory requirements daily.


+ Supports the daily deposits of Capital One Bank customers by reviewing images and balancing files to proactively identify and correct errors

+ Responsible for processing items within established service level agreements to ensure customers get prompt and accurate access to their funds

+ Follow direction and execute tasks efficiently by following procedures, meeting regulatory and customer experience requirements, and making effective independent decisions when necessary.

+ Proactively identifying operational and/or customer experience issues; resolving escalated situations; auditing and reviewing others' work as necessary

+ Other duties as assigned by manager

***Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays***

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or military experience

+ At least 1 year experience in one of the following: retail, sales or customer service

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree
